I recently had the opportunity to stay at your hotel, and I wanted to share my experience, hoping that it would contribute to the improvement of your services. While I appreciated certain aspects of my stay, I encountered some concerning issues that I feel compelled to bring to your attention. Firstly, I must express my disappointment with the staff's attitude during my visit. It seemed that the service lacked the warmth and hospitality one would expect from a 4-star establishment. I believe that a friendly and accommodating staff greatly enhances the overall guest experience. The experience and hospitality I felt is something that could be found in 2 or 3 star rated hotels Moreover, I observed some hygiene issues in the kitchen that raised concerns. Maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen is crucial for the well-being of your guests, and it is an aspect that should not be overlooked. Additional to this, I encountered a rather unpleasant incident with finding a cockroach in my food. This was a disconcerting experience that significantly impacted my perception of the hotel's overall cleanliness and food safety standards. The problem lies behind the staff's unwavering attitude of not accepting it as cockroach. The GM, and Hotel Manager accepted the mistake, kitchen manager still refused to accept the mistake. He was very resistant, that was an uncomfortable experience for our overall family, because that type of mistake could seriously land someone in a hospital bed with heavy food poisoning. I understand that challenges can arise in the hospitality industry, and my intention is not to criticize but to offer constructive feedback. I believe addressing these issues will contribute to the enhancement of your guests' experiences and the overall reputation of Kamay. I hope my feedback is taken in the spirit of improvement, and I look forward to hearing about the steps you plan to take to address these steps

We stayed in this hotel for four nights. The top floor river view room was excellent with a great view of Holy river Ganga and lush green mountains. The restaurant is excellent with great food and service. We used to come back to the restaurant for food every day to have food. There is a beach on the river bank near to the hotel which is a very peaceful place.The General Manager and all staff were very courteous and highly professional. Overall we had a lovely time staying in this hotel.

We booked the hotel on line, where they described Ganga's view as partial. But after I checked in saw Ganga is too far from this property and if I try then I could understand it. In the check in time the management gave us the room that was half dark. There was no place where we could put our luggage. So our 2 pieces of luggage were put down on the floor. Which causes me too much trouble to take out my essentials. 2ndly in the on line ad described that there was a bed side lamp on the bed side table for reading. But there was no bed side table, then where we got the bed side lamps!! 3rd there was a shampoo and a body lotion big bottles fixed in the washroom's bath place. But I was shocked when I found both bottles of substance are decomposed. Three tiny tubes of shampoo, conditioner and moisturiser are kept in a little rack on the up side of the comode. On line advertising no mention that this hotel is only vej. After knowing that we became shocked. But after one night stay when we started yelling with frustration then the restaurant manager told us he can serve chicken and egg preparation but we have to take our food in the room. We obliged and agreed. After a 2 night stay the management asked us to change the room with a better one. We agreed and changed the room. This room is really much more than the room we were staying in. This room is light shining. The wash room is a little better. But no space for our luggage. This room also has a safety locker in the almirah. Rest was equal. ANY ONE CAN HARDLY DESCRIBED THIS HOTEL as 4 STAR
